Director of Innovation and Research
Dr. Jie-Hua Chen is a Research Associate Professor at Shenzhen University, China. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Sun Yat-Sen University (China) and obtained her Ph.D. in Nutrition from the National University of Singapore. Later, she joined Newcastle University (UK)-Singapore Campus as a Lecturer in the Food and Human Nutrition Program. Subsequently, she returned to China and became an Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene at Southern Medical University. In 2016, she entered the industrial sector and assumed the role of Deputy Head of the Nutrition and Health Research Centre at By-Health Co. Ltd, a publicly listed dietary supplement MNC with headquarter in China. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing research studies in the area of Great Health, including in vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies. Meanwhile, she also served as a R&D director of a start-up medical device company in Shenzhen China. In 2020, Dr. Chen returned to academia as a Research Associate Professor in the Institute for Advanced Study at Shenzhen University. Dr. Chen has published 29 peer-reviewed articles in world-class journals.

Dr. Niharika Gupta is a distinguished dental professional specializing in conservative dentistry and endodontics, holding both BDS and MDS degrees. As a diplomate of the Indian Board of Endodontics, she is recognized as a board-certified endodontist. Currently, she serves as a consultant endodontist at the Healthy Smile Dental Clinic & Orthodontic Centre, an NABH-accredited facility in Jabalpur, India. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Gupta is a professor and guide for postgraduate students at the Triveni Institute of Dental Sciences, Hospital & Research Centre. Her extensive experience includes serving as a senior lecturer and subsequently as a reader in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at Hitkarni Dental College & Hospital from 2011 to 2015. Dr. Gupta is also a fellow of the International College of Dentists, India section, reflecting her commitment to advancing dental education and practice.
Dr. Nileshkumar Dubey is an accomplished clinician, researcher, and educator, ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally by Stanford University and Elsevier in the field of dentistry and interdisciplinary sciences. With a Bachelor of Dentistry from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and a Ph.D. in Dentistry and Material Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS), he combines academic rigor with practical expertise to pioneer innovative solutions in dentistry.
Dr. Dubey’s career is marked by groundbreaking contributions to dental material development, regenerative dentistry, and implantology. He has led impactful research in dental pulp and periodontal regeneration, utilizing advanced biofabrication techniques such as 3D printing, electrospinning, and microfluidic platforms.
As a faculty member at the University of Maryland (UMB) and a faculty at NUS, Dr. Dubey has mentored the next generation of dental professionals including Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD’s while contributing to academic excellence. His achievements, including prestigious international recognition International Association of Dental Research (IADR) Jospeh Lister Award for New Investigator, and Interstellar Award from New York Academy of Sciences, exemplify his commitment to advancing the field.
